1. 2B surface
This is a surface obtained after cold rolling, heat treatment and pickling. Its surface is relatively smooth, but there may be slight straightening marks and a small amount of oxide scale residue. For example, some ordinary stainless steel products, such as stainless steel tableware, may use stainless steel coils with 2B surface as raw materials.
2. BA surface
This surface is obtained by bright annealing on the basis of 2B surface. It has high gloss and flatness and good reflective performance. It is often used for high-end stainless steel products, such as panels of high-end kitchen appliances.
3. No.1 surface
This surface is obtained after hot rolling, heat treatment and pickling. The surface is relatively rough, with oxide scale and thick pickling marks. It is often used for industrial parts that do not have high requirements on the surface, but need to have certain strength and corrosion resistance.
4. 8K surface
A mirror-effect surface obtained by grinding and polishing. It has extremely high finish and reflectivity, and can clearly reflect the image of the object. Commonly used in architectural decoration, elevator cars and other occasions that require high reflectivity and beauty.
5. Frosted surface
Through the frosting process, the surface presents a uniform frosted texture. It has a certain anti-slip and anti-fingerprint effect, and is often used in stair handrails, electrical appliance housings, etc.
6. Patterned surface
Through embossing, etching and other processes to form a specific pattern on the surface. It can increase the beauty and decorativeness of stainless steel coils, and is suitable for decorative materials and other fields.
