1. 2B surface
This is a surface obtained after cold rolling, heat treatment and pickling. Its surface is relatively smooth, but there may be slight straightening marks and a small amount of oxide scale residue. For example, some ordinary stainless steel products, such as stainless steel tableware, may use stainless steel coils with 2B surface as raw materials.
2. BA surface
This surface is obtained by bright annealing on the basis of 2B surface. It has high gloss and flatness and good reflective performance. It is often used for high-end stainless steel products, such as panels of high-end kitchen appliances.
3. No.1 surface
This surface is obtained after hot rolling, heat treatment and pickling. The surface is relatively rough, with oxide scale and thick pickling marks. It is often used for industrial parts that do not have high requirements on the surface, but need to have certain strength and corrosion resistance.
4. 8K surface
A mirror-effect surface obtained by grinding and polishing. It has extremely high finish and reflectivity, and can clearly reflect the image of the object. Commonly used in architectural decoration, elevator cars and other occasions that require high reflectivity and beauty.
5. Frosted surface

The production process and flow of stainless steel coils vary depending on the equipment and processes of the production plant. Generally speaking, its production process mainly includes the following steps:
Steelmaking: Iron ore, coke and other raw materials are smelted at high temperature to obtain molten iron with a high carbon content. Cold rolling: The annealed and pickled steel plate is rolled again to further reduce its thickness and make the surface smoother. The cold-rolled steel plate usually has higher precision and surface quality.
Leveling: The cold-rolled steel plate is leveled to eliminate minor defects and unevenness on its surface and improve its surface quality.
Slitting: The leveled steel plate is cut according to the required size to obtain steel plate coils of different widths and lengths.
Packaging: The slit steel plate coils are packaged to protect their surface quality and facilitate transportation and storage.
