Color-coated galvanized coils are products made of galvanized coils as substrates, which are coated with one or more layers of organic coatings after surface pretreatment (degreasing, chemical conversion treatment, etc.).
1.Good anti-corrosion performance
The galvanized layer can play an electrochemical protective role on the substrate to prevent the steel from rusting. The electrode potential of zinc is lower than that of iron. In a corrosive environment, zinc will be corroded first, thereby protecting the underlying steel substrate.
The color coating further isolates the steel from the external environment (such as air, moisture, chemicals, etc.) on the basis of the galvanized layer, greatly enhancing the anti-corrosion ability, being able to adapt to a variety of harsh climatic conditions and extending the service life.
